THEME AWARDS

1. MILITARY VEHICLE THEME - BATTLE FOR BERLIN: Any military vehicle, or ordinance subject that participated in the Battle for Berlin (April – May 1945).
    
2. SHIP THEME – BATTLE FOR THE PACIFIC: Any ship subject that participated in the Pacific Theatre during WW2. Includes landing craft but not amphibious vehicles (1941 – 1945).
    
3. PSYCHEDELIC PAINT THEME: Any modelling subject that has 4 or more colours as its primary colour scheme (excluding markings, pin-stripes, and decaling).
    
4. AIRCRAFT THEME - LONG SERVING AIRCRAFT MILITARY OR CIVILIAN: Any aircraft subject that has been in service for 20 years or more.
    
5. AUTOMOTIVE THEME – NORTH AMERICAN STOCK MUSCLE CARS – ALL ERAS: Any North American “factory-built” high-performance car, such as Corvette, Mustang, Charger, Challenger, etc.
    
6. FIGURE THEME - BEST CEREMONIAL UNIFORMS – ALL ERAS: Any figure subject in a ceremonial dress uniform.

2. Best of Show, People’s Choice
    
3. Best of Show, Junior Modeller
    
4. Best of Show, Intermediate Modeller
    
5. Best Made-in-Canada Subject
    
6. Best Aircraft (includes any aircraft or real-space model)
    
7. Best Airliner - the Wally Gardner Memorial Award (includes any commercial aircraft)
    
8. Best 1/48 Aircraft - the Wyman Clarke Memorial Award
    
9. Best Automotive - the Grant Murray Memorial Award
    
10. Best Armour - the Nat Haspel Memorial Award
     
11. Best Canadian Armour - the Tom Harron Memorial Award (includes any armour in Canadian markings)

13. Best Space/Sci-Fi (excludes real-space vehicles - these are part of the Aircraft category)
     
14. Best Ship - the J.F. Daluz Memorial Award
